The Archer Hotel is located in the heart of the Domain. The Domain features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market. The hotel itself has 33,177 sq. ft. of retail space as part of building. The hotel features a chef driven restaurant, full bar, and variety of indoor and outdoor dining experiences. A signature element of the hotel is a two-story story lobby with a stone spiral stair case, centered around a crystal chandelier, leading up to a pre-function space overlooking the lobby and restaurant.
LK also provided full interior design services for this project including both interior and exterior furniture, interior finishes and FF&E. The theme for the interior was centered around the project location in Austin. A Texas Chic theme was created with the influence of the wild flower covered hill country, its western heritage and regional materials to make this boutique hotel true to its Texas roots. The several room types make this hotel truly unique.

Texas-chic boutique hotel with rustic luxe guest rooms...
Don Marvin LodgeWorks, Executive Vice President, Development and Construction
The LK team was able to translate our brand vision and story into an 8-story, 171-key, Texas-chic boutique hotel with rustic luxe guest rooms and a distinctive indoor/outdoor patio culture. This project was the capstone to highly-visible mixed use development, incorporating ground floor retail.
