2018 Real Estate Awards, Projects of the Year, Office and Retail: Lakeside at the Waterfront

One of Wichita’s already premier developments was further enhanced with the addition of a seven-story office building.

The Lakeside at the Waterfront property — more commonly referred to as the Hinkle Law building — quickly became a focal point of the northeast Wichita development when the building opened in the fall of 2016 and filled out in 2017.
