Role

This position involves overseeing a variety of administrative projects. As a dual role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Contracts Administrator and the Permitting team to ensure that contracts and permits are following local building codes and regulations. Additionally, you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and other professionals while performing any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Weekly reporting
  • Archiving
  • Contact jurisdictions to verify codes
  • Helping to prepare and submit plans
  • Coordinating with consultants
  • Review consultant invoices
  • Internally working with Project Managers and Job Captains
  • At the direction of the permitting team, archiving, adding code comments, and checking on permit status
  • Uploading docs. into Lucernex
  • Work alongside the permitting coordinator in reviewing and submitting applications for permit licenses or other permit authorizations
  • Must be able to work independently and work as a team

Requirements

  • Experience with contracts preferred
  • Executive Administrative experience helpful
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable using a variety of online platforms
  • Attention to detail/quality
  • Proofreading
  • Deadline oriented
  • Able to follow workflow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum two-year degree, preferably in business, communication, or accounting


Hours:
8 am -5 pm Mon-Fri.  This position will require overtime as needed.
