Description:

Set in the heart of the downtown Napa Center Development, The Archer Hotel will be Napa’s newest premier boutique hotel. The Napa Center Development involves the revitalization of over 150,000 SF of retail space with national, regional and local retailers, as well as this hotel component. Located on the First Street site of the former Merrill’s building, Archer will preserve the Merrill’s historic First Street façade. The hotel will feature private outdoor patios and fireplaces, a 15,000 SF roof deck with outdoor bar and dining, a spa, event room, exercise room and lounging pool.

LK also provided full interior design services for this project including both interior and exterior furniture, fixtures and equipment. The design is based upon its Napa Valley location which features a natural warmth and a true California casual atmosphere. The rooms will feature warm wood flooring, many within indoor and outdoor access to private patios.

The design and approval process for Archer Hotel Napa required LK’s considerable creativity and resourcefulness. The project included the incorporation of a historical building façade, wide-ranging stakeholders and mixed-use retail and restaurant components.
