This 4-story apartment complex is located a couple of blocks from the Aggieville entertainment and shopping district in Manhattan, Kansas. There are 16 one-bedroom apartments, 13 two-bedroom apartments, 6 four-bedroom apartments and 1 studio/office unit. The general layout features an open floor plan with kitchens that open up to a great room. The exterior finishes of the complex consists of both brick and EFIS. Parking is located on grade under the second story.

Pre-construction meetings were held with the Owner and City of Manhattan to address busy intersection and student safety. The complex was constructed on a very tight project site.
