Description:
This hotel takes on a strong life-style component from its location, which is adjacent to one of the largest shopping malls in the United States. The site is a split level with meeting rooms and swimming pool on the lower level, opening up to a large exterior patio. The interior public area features a contemporary yet welcoming design which is centered around a large fireplace and seating area. The exterior design features accents of dark brick walls and lighter EIFS facades.
LK provided full interior design services for this project including furniture, fixtures and equipment. The interior features custom furniture and finishes provide guests with a casual gathering area on the entry floor and a large meeting room complex on the lower floor.
