Description:
The WaterWalk master plan features a total expansion of the downtown riverfront location. Utilizing the available space, the LK team devised a plan to create a unique retail/restaurant environment with direct riverfront access connecting to the waterfront trail system. The goal of this development is to attract national retail tenants and restaurants to this location and give it a true urban waterfront appeal.
